The PANTS rule is a child safety program developed by the NSPCC that teaches children the following five rules to stay safe:

P: rivates are private

A: lways remember your body belongs to you

N: o means no

T: alk about secrets that upset you

S: peak up, someone can help

Hillingdon Young Carers - Young carers are children and young people, aged 5 – 24 years, who provide regular and ongoing care to a family member who has a long-term illness, disability, mental health issue or misuses substances. The family member may be a parent, sibling or grandparent living with them.

London Borough of Hillingdon have an online care and support directory. This  tool provides professionals and residents a digital single access point to thousands of services, organisations, and groups in Hillingdon with just one search! 

The Directory includes information on health and wellbeing, learning, education and employment opportunities, early years and childcare support, and family hubs and children’s centres.  There is also a section for children with SEND and their families, with events and activities, education and training support and health and wellbeing advice.
